Thank you for ordering the Colossus Football Holder from FieldGoalKicker.com.
Your order will be shipped via Priority USPS mail and you should see it within 2-4 days more than likely! You will be receiving tracking emails from USPS as soon as we get your order in their system. If you have purchased on back order because we are waiting for parts, then we will have posted an expected ship date based on when new parts are scheduled to arrive.
What To Look For:
IF YOU SHIPPED PRIORITY: The shipping box is a 25 inch long, triangular white USPS Priority Mail. It will be HEAVILY taped to support the packaging. We will typically ship kicking holders same day if we receive the order in the morning. Otherwise, please expect shipping the following day after your order is placed. You should receive delivery status emails from USPS. If you have any questions about delivery, please feel free to contact us!
IF YOU SHIPPED FREE: You will receive your new holder in a black, taped shipping bag.
What’s In The Box (or Black Bag if shipped free)?
Inside the shipping box/bag you will find an insert (larger card) with information about how to place the holder tip on the ball as well as recent updates that may be of interest. The main arm that holds the ball will have a sticker and a white collar. The other two capped pieces are the legs, which will touch the ground. Simply stick the two leg pieces into the slots on the main holder arm and give them a decent twist to secure!
